Return and Exchange Policy: Customers can return or exchange products within three (3) days from the purchase date, provided that the equipment has not been shipped and is still in the company’s warehouse.

Delivery Timeframe: Products must be delivered within one month from the purchase date. After this period, the customer will bear the delivery costs.

Installation and Operation: Devices must be installed and operated within one month from the purchase date. After this period, the customer will bear the operation costs.

Service Coverage: The company provides services within Dammam. For warranty services outside Dammam, the customer must bear all transportation and installation costs.

First-Time Use Condition: If the device is used for the first time and no defects appear, it is considered free from manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers repairs only and does not include replacement, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.

Repeated Defects: The company has the right to repair the same recurring defect up to two (2) attempts within the warranty period.

Warranty Scope: The warranty covers malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects but does not cover consumable spare parts.
